1122 Development Partners is a land development management firm providing end to end leadership for landowners across British Columbia.

We act as the owner’s development manager, guiding projects from early feasibility and concept design through approvals, construction, and completion. Our role is to remove complexity from the development process by taking responsibility for coordination, decision making, and execution, while ensuring early decisions remain aligned with long-term outcomes.

Our work is anchored by a structured development management platform designed to address the most common causes of delay and underperformance in land development. Through early decision making, parallel workflows, predictive management, and clear authority, we maintain continuity and momentum across the entire development lifecycle.

1122 integrates market research, land use planning, design, regulatory approvals, financial analysis, and construction oversight within a single management framework. This approach reduces fragmentation, limits rework, and provides landowners with clarity and control over complex projects.

We work with private landowners, First Nations, developers, investors, corporations, and select public-sector partners who require professional development leadership but do not have in-house expertise.

1122 Development Partners is built on professionalism, multidisciplinary thinking, and accountability, delivering disciplined execution and consistent outcomes from feasibility to keys.
