Ross H. is an Associate UX Research Analyst at 11:FS since April 2022, bringing expertise in user experience research from previous roles, including as a User Experience Researcher at DemocracyLab, where research was conducted through interviews with users. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Advisor at NSL | trusted outsourcing, focusing on problem-solving within a team environment, and freelancing as a Graphic Designer, where research and Adobe software were utilized to develop client solutions. Ross holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Development from Robert Gordon University and a Higher National Diploma in Design and Visual Communications from North East Scotland College.
