1249 Partners invests in companies with the goal of forming a strong partnership. Our core strategy is to invest in the management, founders and shareholders in businesses that demonstrate a potential to be among the leaders in their industry, posses a dynamic growth trajectory and have a compelling market opportunity. When we make an investment, we partner with the company's executives to formulate a strategic path to achieve a sustainable impact and change, profitable growth and a better future beyond our stewardship.

Our formula for success is a partnership philosophy where we are a hands on investor, working closely with the management team and founders to accelerate the company's potential.

1249 Partners brings experience from numerous investments, and from working with a vast array of companies we have successfully assisted in launching and propelling to a successful path. When we invest in a company, we partner with management teams on a strategic path to sustainable change, profitable growth and a better future beyond our stewardship. While investor returns are a key driver to our approach, we seek to deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders, as well the environment and the global community.
