Don Troshynski

Don Troshynski has over 30 years of experience in the networking industry. Don currently serves as the CTO of Global Sales at 128 Technology, where they lead a team in delivering service-oriented architecture to the market. Their role focuses on addressing customer needs, such as centralized provisioning, scalable routing, network security, and network analytics.

Before joining 128 Technology, Don worked at Versa Networks as a Principal Engineer in Sales and Technical Marketing. During their time there, they provided support for large network operators, enterprises, and mid-market accounts by promoting NFV-based network solutions.

Prior to that, Don held the position of Senior Director of Global Solutions Architecture at Oracle Communications. Don led a team of solution architects and managed accounts, including major network operators and enterprises. Their responsibilities included replicating success, solving technical and business challenges, and ensuring close collaboration between regions.

Don also had a significant role at Acme Packet, where they held multiple positions. As Vice President of Solutions Architecture for Global Sales Engineering, they led a global team and played a key role in strategy and design discussions. Additionally, as a Technical Director, they developed solutions for major carrier accounts, focusing on VoIP architecture and session routing.

Earlier in their career, Don worked at Avici Systems as a Sr. Systems Engineer and Product Manager, focusing on IP routing solutions for carrier accounts. Don also held various roles at FORE Systems, Marconi Communications, SRA International, and MAR Incorporated, where they gained experience in systems engineering, management, and project leadership.

Don Troshynski attended Michigan Technological University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
