Sales accelerator for corporate leaders building their own business — alumni from Deloitte, Zalando, Aldi, Metro, Cognizant, and Coface. 100+ alumni.

60% of participants get their first paying clients outside their network already during the program — with 4-5 hours a week invested.

12BRAVE is for you if you started, got your first clients from people who already knew you — and now you're stuck. There are 10,000 marketing channels. Paid, free, organic. All of them cost time. Some cost money. And nobody in your corporate career ever taught you which one to pick first, how to test it fast, or what actually works for an early-stage business with no budget and no audience yet.

But you are not starting from scratch. You made a career. You know how to deliver. You are already ahead of most first-time founders — you just never learned how to turn that into clients who don't know you yet. What you get in 12BRAVE is exactly that: how to combine what you already have with the marketing and sales mechanics that actually work at this stage.

What happens during the program:

→ Diagnosing what's actually broken — offer, audience, outreach, or the acquisition conversation
→ Market research with AI agents built in the course
→ Testing different organic marketing channels + AI automations
→ Personal brand building
→ Running real outreach and acquisition conversations during the program, not after

All with 0 marketing spend. Organic only.

20 hours of live sessions. Mentoring from 8+ founders who've built real businesses, not consultants. A peer group of senior leaders at the same stage.

This is not a theory training or a consulting offer. It is a do-it-with-you program — real mechanics from practitioners who figured it out the hard way, space to test them on your business, and structured feedback until you have a working system.
