12d Synergy delivers cutting-edge data management and project collaboration software for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry worldwide. Our vision is to transform how AEC professionals work, helping them achieve more with less effort through our innovative, intuitive software.

Our software streamlines the thousands of emails, documents, tasks, and gigabytes of geospatial and CAD data that power built environment projects. By creating a secure, connected common data environment, 12d Synergy enables teams to work smarter, collaborate seamlessly, and deliver projects faster; wherever they are in the world.

Founded in 2011, 12d Synergy began by helping to rebuild Christchurch, New Zealand, after devastating earthquakes. Since then, we’ve supported thousands of architects, engineers, and construction professionals from small consultancies to global enterprises in managing complex project data.

Today, 12d Synergy manages hundreds of millions of files across thousands of projects across the globe, working with leading AEC organisations such as AECOM, GHD, WSP, Jacobs, CPB Contractors, Laing O’Rourke, Acciona, and more. Our software powers complex, high-profile infrastructure projects worldwide, from metro systems and highways to energy networks and city-shaping developments.
