Ryan S. has over a decade of experience in product operations and management, currently serving at 14 West since October 2013. In various roles including Product Operations, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Technical Project Manager, Ryan has been instrumental in optimizing workflows between Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, overseeing projects, managing Agile teams, and defining product strategies for API services. Previous experience at TCC, LLC included roles as a Trainer & Instructional Designer and Customer Care Supervisor, while early tenure at Garman Routing Systems and Enterprise provided foundational expertise in systems consulting and management. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Davis and Elkins College.
