Jason Gless has a diverse background in marketing, project management, and insurance, complemented by military service as a Military Police Officer in the Army National Guard from February 2009 to February 2011. Gless operated as an Agency Owner at Gless Industries from September 2016 to May 2020 and held various senior positions at Diaz & Cooper from October 2021 to September 2022, including Senior Project Manager and Sr. Growth Director. Experience also includes roles as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at Ryzen Lighting Group and a Strategic Account Manager at 1406 Consulting, along with a strong foundation in insurance through positions at Foremost Insurance and Kraft Lake Insurance Agency.
