The Director Team at 1440 Multiversity oversees the strategic and operational management of the organization. This includes ensuring a seamless guest experience across all offerings, from wellness programs and corporate events to educational workshops. They are responsible for various functional areas such as business and HR affairs, marketing and employee engagement, food and beverage services, IT and systems, events coordination, and philanthropic partnerships. Their collective efforts drive the mission of 1440 to inspire and nurture visitors in a serene, nature-infused environment.
