14modular is an advanced manufacturing business adopting the principles of industrialised construction and lean manufacturing to produce modular and prefabricated housing at scale.

As a pure-play manufacturer, we sell directly ‘at the factory door’ to large asset owners and their builders, who handle on-site installation. This streamlined approach accelerates market adoption while maintaining a highly scalable and
capital-efficient business.

14modular is backed by a management team with an innovative approach and extensive track record in modular manufacturing, construction, project management, cost management, financial management and R&D.
