Amy Cohen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in editorial management and technical support. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer and previously as a Customer Support Engineer at 15Five since September 2021, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge from a decade-long tenure at Groupon, where Amy advanced to Editorial Manager after successfully leading a team of content specialists and optimizing editorial workflows. With foundational roles in various editorial capacities, including Senior Site Editor and Site Editor, alongside freelance web content writing, Amy has honed skills in content creation, customer support, and team leadership. Amy holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism from the UNC School of Media and Journalism and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
