Devra Andersen is a seasoned customer experience executive with over 14 years of expertise in Customer Success, Account Management, and strategic growth. Currently serving as the Head of Account Management at 15Five, Devra leads a team focused on customer retention and expansion. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Customer Success at LearnUpon and Principal of Customer Success at Reflektive, where Devra drove significant revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. Devra holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Community Leadership, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Westminster College.
