Kylee Piper (KP) currently serves as the Lead People Partner at 15Five, where strategic collaboration with C-Suite and senior leadership is focused on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to foster a productive and inclusive work environment. Prior to this role, Kylee was the Head of People at Extra Card and held various HR positions at Canvas, including Manager of People, Culture & HR, where significant initiatives in Learning & Development and DEIB were launched. Kylee's career includes impactful roles at Credit Karma, where the University Recruiting Program was developed, and previous experience at Insight Global, where strategic partnerships and account management were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include studies at Colorado State University and Regis University, culminating in a high school diploma from Regis Jesuit High School.
