Sid Pandiya

Sid Pandiya currently serves as the General Manager of Expansion and Manager Products at 15Five since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sid co-founded and served as CEO of Kona, an AI-powered copilot for remote managers, which was acquired by 15Five. Additional experience includes a product management/software engineering internship at Zumper and being a Kleiner Perkins Engineering Fellow in 2019. Sid also held product management responsibilities at UCLA DevX for Quickey and co-founded Logos, a news platform, while founding Debate for Change, a peer-to-peer online debate platform. Sid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UCLA.
