1776 Group is a strategic consulting and project development firm operating at the intersection of the public and private sectors. Led by senior government operators with deep private-sector experience, we bring unmatched connectivity—from local governments to statehouses to federal agencies, including Cabinet-level relationships.

We help executives, investors, and developers turn ideas into executable, profitable projects by navigating regulatory, legislative, and executive-branch environments with precision. Our work spans complex project development, public-private partnerships, infrastructure and industrial initiatives, and strategic government and public relations.

Beyond strategy, we serve as an extension of our clients’ teams—providing owner’s representative services, leading stakeholder engagement, coordinating advocacy efforts, aligning public-sector partners, and working seamlessly with counsel, engineers, and capital providers. We specialize in bringing clarity to complex environments and momentum to high-stakes projects.

Many firms advise. We execute.
