Rob Mineo

Rob Mineo serves as a Senior IBM i System Architect and Subject Matter Expert at 180 Engineering since July 2022. Previously, Rob held the position of Manager of Enterprise System Administration and Backup & Recovery at STERIS Corporation from October 1991 to July 2022, overseeing UNIX and IBM i (AS400) System Administrators to ensure high-performance and high-availability computer systems. Rob also contributed as an Evening Instructor at Tri-State Business Institute from September 2002 to August 2005, teaching courses on AS/400 and programming. Rob's early career included roles as Operations Manager at Cytemp Specialty Steel and as Programmer/Analyst at Plastek Industries, following a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science from Gannon University, completed between 1981 and 1984.
