Erik Wade is currently the Global Business Lead for adidas at 180 Global, where they lead the brand's transition towards the US market and work on building a cohesive team within the TBWA collective. Previously, Erik held significant roles at renowned companies including Nike, where they served as North America Brand Director for MLB and NFL brands, and Wieden+Kennedy, where they worked on Nike Basketball and US Football accounts. Erik was awarded Account Manager of the Year at the 2021 Ad Age Creativity Awards and became a member of Ad Age's "The List" in 2023. They began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at MTV Networks following their graduation with a BA in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
