1845 Ventures | 1845 Venture Studio is a startup co-builder — not just an investor.

We partner with early-stage founders to launch new ventures with shared ownership and shared commitment.

At 1845, we bring:

Talent to accelerate your progress

Capital aligned with founder success

Experience from building, investing in, and exiting dozens of companies

We guide our companies through a proven five-stage process: Founding → Ideation → Validation → Creation → Launch.

Rooted in Texas. Built to scale.

Let’s build something new — together.
