Ryan Routh is a Talent Experience Partner at 1848 Ventures, where responsibilities include hiring for the Innovation Engine and the current portfolio of ventures since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a Recruitment Specialist at Cuyahoga Community College from January 2016 to August 2021 and held various positions at The University of Akron, including Assistant Director of Admissions, Admissions Counselor, and Graduate Assistant from August 2010 to January 2016. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Baldwin Wallace University.
