The 1863 Club is a rowing club based in London, UK. It enables state-school boys and girls in secondary education to learn to row and compete at a national level.

We work closely with partners to provide a rowing programme which enables the rowers to continue to be competitive, to work together as a team, to get fit and to enjoy rowing.

The money to fund this rowing programme is partly funded by monthly donations from the members but we seek to continue to raise additional money in order to cover the remaining costs. Over the years the 1863 Support Group has successfully raised funds for the purchase of boats and equipment and continue to operate fundraising projects.
