Caroline Vial, Ph.D., BCC, is an experienced educator and leadership development coach. Currently serving as an adjunct faculty member at McCormick School of Engineering and as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at 1871, they focus on guiding startup founders in strategic leadership. Caroline has previously held multiple roles at Northwestern University, including higher education instructor, and has contributed to various organizations as an executive coach and consultant. Their expertise extends to managing leadership development programs and advising nonprofit organizations in the Chicago area. Caroline also serves on the advisory board of the Center for Executive Coaching.
