Thomas Antony is an experienced leader in product management, strategy, and generative AI, currently serving as a consultant and expert in residence at 1871, while also founding a stealth startup in the healthcare space. They previously held positions such as Senior Director at IDEO and COO/CPO at Quantified Care, where they focused on leveraging technology to enhance patient outcomes. Throughout their career, Thomas has contributed to multiple startups and venture capital initiatives, including serving as a founding venture partner at NextGen Venture Partners. They graduated as a Merit Scholar from The Johns Hopkins University and have actively worked on reducing inequity in clinical trials with the Lupus Foundation of America.
