At 1892 consulting, we help you invest in the best grants management practices so you have more time to focus on your grantmaking and grantees.

Our women-led team has consulted with over 50 foundation clients to implement organization-wide process and system changes. We are strategic thinkers and thought leaders who truly understand the beginning-to-end grantmaking process, the docket cycle, and foundation culture. We are driven by our passion and follow through with our experience.

Our consultants will lead your foundation through policy, process, and technology changes aimed to:
- alleviate the pressures of inefficient, time-consuming, or routine tasks;
- improve the grantee partner and applicant experience; and,
- position grants management as a cornerstone of your foundation’s work.

We rely on data and all of the knowledge we have gained over our years of working in philanthropy to design sustainable change that will set you up for success. We deeply believe in learning about you—both your organization and the humans working for it—and our team will tailor our approach to align with your work.
