John MacLeod has extensive experience in service management within the information technology sector. Currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at 1901 Group since June 2021, John previously held the position of Service Desk Supervisor and Technical Solutions Representative II at Perspecta from June 2010 to May 2021. John’s foundational experience includes serving as Readiness NCO for the Idaho Army National Guard from January 1999 to March 2010. John holds an Associate's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from the University of Phoenix.
