Bob Johnston

Bob Johnston is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in founding and leading organizations within the startup and venture capital landscape. As Co-Founder of 1Leader, Johnston helps startup founders connect with enterprise customers and investors, fostering a curated community for high-growth companies. Johnston also founded The Executive Council, providing a platform for VP+ leaders to share insights and learn from one another. With a strong advisory role in multiple startups, including North.cloud, Zeel, Order, and 1906, Johnston leverages expertise in strategy and investment. Previous achievements include founding the New York Venture Capital Association and serving as Co-Founder and CEO of SponsorHub, which was acquired by comScore. Johnston holds a JD in Intellectual Property from Suffolk University Law School and has a background in higher education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Thayer Academy.
