Dan Staples

Dan Staples has worked in the food and beverage industry since 2005. Dan began their career as Production Manager at Cold Spring Brewing, a beverage co-packing operation. In 2012, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Roaring Lion Energy Drinks, where they had responsibility for product formulation, raw ingredient procurement, packaging design and coordination, raw packaging material and coordination, co-pack sourcing and scheduling coordination, national and international warehousing and finished product shipment world-wide. Dan then moved to Gurrnaid Energy Drinks in 2014, where they had full control of all warehousing and shipping of product across the United States. In 2016, they became Manufacturing Manager at Boulder Brands, where they had a "Tip to Tail" responsibility for four production lines producing twelve different SKU's 24/6. Finally, in 2018, they took on the role of Plant Manager at Blue Moose, where they ensured that the plant followed safety and quality requirements, maintained compliance with all governmental and company safety and quality policies, managed and coordinated the activities of the management team, and planned, organized and managed all business processes to ensure customer and financial expectations were met. In 2020, they became Sr Director of Operations at 1906 New Highs.
