Ryan Griffin currently serves as the VP of Nutraceutical Operations at 1906, where the mission focuses on integrating cannabis into daily wellness through innovative product offerings. Prior to this role, Ryan was Head of Operations and Supply Chain at Persona, a Nestlé Health Science company, where strategic improvements in supply chain efficiency were implemented. With extensive experience at Nestlé Health Science, Ryan held the positions of Site Leader & Director of Operations and Engineering, as well as Director of Engineering & Maintenance, overseeing significant teams and operations in the packaging and production of health supplements. Ryan's professional journey began at Honeywell Aerospace, serving in various engineering and leadership roles focused on operational excellence and product development. Educational credentials include an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
