Welcome to 1928 Cuban Bistro, where flavor meets tradition in a modern embrace! As the proud owner of this Cuban restaurant with locations spanning North East Florida, I'm Rebecca Gonzalez, a Cuban-American mom of three. I'm here to share our story with you.

At 1928 Cuban Bistro, we take authentic Cuban recipes and infuse them with a contemporary flair. It's all about celebrating our roots while embracing the vibrant flavors of today. But let me tell you, our dedication runs deeper than just food. This bistro is a heartfelt tribute to my abuelo and abuela, Mario and Pura Alvarado, whose love for family inspired our culinary journey.

From our mouthwatering roasted pork to our perfectly fried tostones, every dish is a testament to the rich traditions that shaped us. We combine the warmth of our heritage with a trendy twist to create an unforgettable dining experience.

Join us and indulge in the vibrant ambiance, where the aroma of Cafécito fills the air, and the sound of Latin beats sets the rhythm. Our goal is to transport you to the heart of Miami, one bite at a time.

So whether you're a seasoned fan of Cuban cuisine or simply seeking a culinary adventure, 1928 Cuban Bistro is here to welcome you with open arms. Discover the flavors that have been passed down through generations and experience the passion we pour into every dish, where everything is hecho con amor.
