1975 is a gallery in Rochester, NY focused on new contemporary, street art, tattoo art, graffiti, skateboarding, and related disciplines. All mediums are welcome. We are dedicated to exposing talented artists to a community that might otherwise overlook them and facilitating the would-be collector.

We began as a gallery living in a semi-permanent space within SURFACE salon in the South Wedge in Rochester, NY and after three and a half years settled into our new home in Rochester's downtown in the former Little Bakery. 1975 is about to celebrate its sixth year in October 2014.
