Our founder spent six years as Partnership Director at C-TAC, building relationships across the entire serious illness ecosystem. Those relationships are what 1A runs on.

We're based in Phoenix and Barcelona; two cities doing some of the most interesting work in healthcare innovation and global care models. We bring that perspective to every client we work with.

The name comes from seat 1A: first class, best view, always forward. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
