Nathan Vanhook

Nathan VanHook is a seasoned professional in design and footwear, currently serving as a Partner at 1A Studios since April 2025. Previously, Nathan held the position of Vice President Design - Basketball at adidas from April 2023 to March 2025, and was the Head Of Footwear Design at Moncler from April 2021 to March 2023. As a Creative Consultant for Yeezy, Cactus Jack, and Humanrace from December 2020 to April 2021, Nathan contributed significantly to high-profile projects. Nathan's extensive experience at Nike spanned over a decade, where roles included Senior Creative Director of Footwear, Senior Design Director, Design Director, and Senior and Footwear Designer II across various divisions. Earlier experience includes serving as Art Director/Product Designer at Body Glove Wetsuits and founding The Love Movement, along with a tenure as a teacher. Nathan earned a BS in Industrial Design from Philadelphia University and completed a study abroad program in Product Design at Swinburne University of Technology.
