Michael Christian

Michael Christian is the current Chief Technology & Operations Officer at 1CapApp. Prior to this, they served as the COO at Sparklab from January 2014 to December 2015. Before that, they were with Westar Energy from July 2001 to January 2004, where they were the Manager IT Systems Development. And before that, they were with BNSF Railway from April 1981 to November 1997, where they started as a clerk in the accounting department and eventually became the Project Manager. Throughout their career, Christian has been responsible for the IT support for various software systems, including Power Marketing, Unisys, Mapper, IMS TP/DBMS, and PL/1. In 1995, ATSF & BN merged, and Christian was asked to be a part of the combined team. However, they decided to stay in Topeka and eventually resigned in November of 1997. After that, they became an independent contractor before hiring on at Westar Energy.

Michael Christian received a Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration and Philosophy from The University of Kansas. Michael also received a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the College of St Thomas.

Michael Christian reports to Christine Woods, Co-Founder. Nicolas Trani - Lead Architect, Mickael Astier - Software Engineer report to Michael Christian.
