Greg Baldwin

Greg Baldwin is an accomplished mission-driven leader and strategic thinker currently serving as the Head of Partnerships at One Degree. With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of community, technology, and policy, they previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at VolunteerMatch, where they elevated the organization's impact and secured significant funding. Greg has also served on the Advisory Council of the RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service since 2016. They co-founded 2d Interactive, a pioneering start-up, and began their career as an Account Executive at Leo Burnett. Greg holds degrees in Public Policy from Brown University and is pursuing further education in Strategy for Nonprofit Organizations at Stanford University and Digital Transformation at UC Berkeley.
