Jason Keogh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jason has held various leadership positions in different companies.
In 1995, Jason started their career as a Senior Tech at Gateway 2000, where they worked for a year. Jason then moved on to Cognotec, where they served as a Support Services Manager for a brief period of time.
In 1997, Jason joined Intuition Publishing Ltd. as an IT Services Manager, where they played a crucial role in transitioning the company from CD-ROM to web-based learning. Jason also worked in pre-sales to support the sales team in closing deals with major banks.
From 1999 to 2002, Jason worked at Eontec as a Service Center Manager. Jason was responsible for Customer Support, Internal IT Support, and Pre-Sales Technical Support. Jason also played a key role in preparing Eontec for a major VC investment.
In 2002, Jason founded iQuate and served as the Founder and CTO for 12 years. iQuate developed inventory tools for the enterprise marketplace, focusing on datacenter technologies and complex networks.
In 2014, Jason became the CEO of Alcurian, a consulting team working with 1E to develop innovative technologies related to software licenses and entitlement.
From 2014 to 2019, Jason held various leadership roles at 1E, including VP, Software Asset Optimization, and later, VP Product, where they were responsible for ensuring the success of their product offerings, including Tachyon.
Since 2012, Jason has been a contributing member of the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC7 Software and Systems Engineering, actively participating in the development and improvement of ITAM standards.
Most recently, Jason has been working at 1E as the VP Solutions, where they engage with senior IT executives to help them improve their IT environments, focusing on security, operations, and staff productivity. Jason also emphasizes the importance of providing a secure, stable, and performant environment for knowledge workers.
Jason Keogh attended ISACA from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Certified Information Systems Auditor. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, they attended the University of Limerick, majoring in Business and Spanish with a BBS degree.
