Mike Holt

Mike Holt possesses extensive experience in law enforcement, investigations, and project management. Currently serving as a Background Investigator with 1FORCE and General Dynamics Information Technology since 2022 and as a Project Manager with the State of Tennessee's Office of Criminal Justice Programs since January 2022, Mike has also held various investigative roles and leadership positions, including Captain at the City of Jackson Police Department from 2002 to February 2020, where responsibilities encompassed domestic and special investigations. With career beginnings in policing as a dispatcher in 1982, Mike advanced through increasingly responsible roles, including Sergeant and Lieutenant, demonstrating a solid foundation in crime analysis, prevention, and grant management. Educational credentials include an Associate of Applied Science from Jackson State Community College, completion of the FBI National Academy in 2003, and ongoing participation in Leadership Jackson Class 35.
