Paul Herman

Paul Herman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, coaching, training, and social services. Currently serving as a Recruiter and Project Coordinator at 1FORCE since June 2015, Paul is responsible for sourcing staff for various nationwide openings. In addition, Paul has been an Assistant Track Coach and Assistant Cross Country Coach at Roosevelt High School since February 2009, where emphasis is placed on teaching proper techniques and promoting the spirit of sportsmanship. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Training at KeyPoint Government Solutions, overseeing training operations for government contracts, and worked as a Special Investigator at USIS, conducting security investigations. Paul also has experience as a Case Manager at Youth Dynamics Incorporated and as a Program Coordinator at the Duluth Area Family YMCA. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Composite Social Science from Black Hills State University.
