Davis Tyner

Davis Tyner is currently the Deputy General Counsel - Wholesale and Partnerships at 1GLOBAL, where they lead contract negotiations and evaluate regulatory risks in the telecommunications industry. Prior to this role, Davis served as Counsel at Verizon Nederland B.V. and Verizon, where they implemented advanced legal technologies and transformed contracting processes. Davis has extensive legal experience, having worked at notable firms such as Latham & Watkins and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, along with a law clerk position at the U.S. Court of Appeals. They hold an MBA from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a law degree from Cornell Law School.
