James Wild

James Wild has extensive experience in legal and regulatory compliance, currently serving as Company Secretary (US) and Global Head of Legal & Regulatory Compliance at 1GLOBAL since April 2012. Prior to that, James held positions as a Regulatory Compliance Administrator and Senior Paralegal at 1GLOBAL, and worked as a Paralegal at Mellanox Technologies from 2010 to 2012. James began a legal career at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a Senior Paralegal focusing on Emerging Companies from 2006 to 2010, and previously held senior paralegal roles in Capital Markets at A&O Shearman and in Corporate & Securities at Latham & Watkins. The legal career began at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison as a Corporate & Securities Paralegal, where professional foundations were established from 1995 to 2001.
