James Wild has extensive legal and regulatory compliance experience, having served in various roles over more than two decades. From April 2012 to November 2022, James held key positions at 1GLOBAL, including Company Secretary (US) and Global Head of Legal & Regulatory Compliance. Prior to that, James worked as a Paralegal at Mellanox Technologies, and held senior paralegal roles at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Shearman & Sterling, LLP, and Latham & Watkins, LLP, specializing in areas such as emerging companies and capital markets.
