Yoni Kirschner

Yoni Kirschner is an accomplished entrepreneur and sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of 1Konnection since September 2021, Yoni has successfully built the largest online community for aging and care professionals, assisting thousands of businesses in expanding their networks and opportunities. Prior to this, Yoni served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Rxperts Pharmacy, where a significant business growth of over 100% was achieved within a year, generating more than $8 million in annual revenue. Experience also includes holding positions as Regional Sales Manager and Field Sales Representative at Omnicare, where Yoni received the CVS Health Collaboration Award and ranked nationally among top sales representatives. Earlier career highlights include founding Chicago Kosher Dinner and working as a Door to Door Sales Representative at EC Design & Installation Inc. Yoni holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
