Parth Dixit currently serves as a Senior Product Manager at Tata 1mg, leading logistics and customer experience initiatives. At NextLeap, Parth has effectively mentored over 500 product management aspirants through numerous live group sessions and personalized mock interviews. Previously, Parth held the position of Senior Product Manager at Scaler and contributed significantly to Flipkart as a Growth Product Manager, focusing on user acquisition and retention by executing over 120 experiments and leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys. Parth also has experience as an Assistant Product Manager for Warehouse Products, where a proactive stock-taking model led to a reduction in shipment costs and increased warehouse efficiencies. Parth began a career in consulting with an internship at Accenture in India, supporting operational synergies for a major media conglomerate. Parth holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
