Maya Dar is an experienced professional in operations and healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at 1Micro since April 2021. Prior to this role, Maya held various positions at EZPull Inc. and Essentia Health, including Operations Manager and roles focused on revenue cycle management and process analysis. Maya's career began as an Assembly & Production Technician while also working as an Insurance Billing & Reimbursement Specialist at Soundgate Hearing Clinic. Maya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Education was completed at Minnetonka High School.
