Dave Chen

Dave Chen is currently serving as the Senior Director of UX Foundations & Enablement at 1Password, where Dave leads UXR, Content Design, Design Systems, Research Ops, and Design Ops. Prior to this role, Dave worked at NEXT Canada as a Senior Director of Research & Insights, providing advisory services to startups and entrepreneurs. With experience at Flipp, General Mills, Nielsen, Miele, Staples Canada, and Ipsos Reid, Dave has a strong background in consumer insights, product management, market research, and analytics. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Honors Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University.
