Kate Redfern

Kate Redfern has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Ops Specialist and previously as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at 1Password since December 2021. Prior to this, Kate worked at Christian Horizons from August 2019 to November 2021, holding the roles of Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant. Additionally, experience includes working as a Staffing Consultant and Recruiter at Prodigy Personnel Ltd. from July 2018 to January 2019. Kate holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology (2018-2021) and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from McMaster University (2013-2017).
