Pounder B. is an accomplished marketing and program management professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and product marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Strategic Operations at 1Password since January 2024, Pounder has previously held significant roles at Elastic as the Director of Program Management for Product Marketing and at New Relic, Inc., where responsibilities included Sr. Director of Program Management for the Office of the CCO and Director of Program Management for Global Enablement. Earlier positions include Expert Program Management Consultant at Nike, Sr. Brand Operations Manager for Global Nike Technology, and Project & Operations Leader at Paul Mitchell Schools. Pounder began a career as Lead Project Manager for Cash4Books and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
