Rosetta Lam

Rosetta Lam currently serves as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at 1Password, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Rosetta was the Customer Success Lead at Cobry from August 2022 to May 2024 and worked as a Business Development Manager at Change Waste Recycling Ltd. from November 2021 to August 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Membership and Events Coordinator at Business Women Scotland, a Research Assistant at Entrepreneurial Scotland, and a Saltire Alumni at Saltire Programmes. Earlier in the career, Rosetta held positions with AIESEC as both a Partnership Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager, and served as an ambassador for the LifeSkills Youth Advisory Council at Barclays UK. The educational background includes a Business Commerce degree in International Business from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa and a BA (Hons) in International Business with Enterprise from the University of Strathclyde, alongside foundational education at Williamwood High School.
