Spencer Stanley

Spencer Stanley is a seasoned data science professional with a strong background in analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at 1Password since August 2023, Spencer previously held a similar role at Oooh from October 2020 to April 2023, leading company-wide business intelligence efforts and shaping analytics strategy, including A/B testing initiatives and content recommendation systems. Prior to that, Spencer worked as a Data Scientist at Pocket Gems from August 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included managing relationships between data science and game development teams, building lifetime value models, and developing automated dashboards. Spencer's career began as a Data Analyst intern at Pocket Gems, where analytical skills were honed through player match analysis and modeling win probabilities.
