Tim H.

Tim H. currently serves as the Communications Lead for the Black Caucus Employee Resource Group and as a Senior RevOps Project Manager at 1Password, starting January 2024. Previously, Tim H. worked at Peloton Interactive from August 2015 to September 2023, holding various roles including Program Manager, where significant cost reductions and improved customer satisfaction were achieved through innovative programs. Tim H. also founded and co-led the Black@Peloton ERG, expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and has held positions focusing on change management and technical support across different organizations. Tim H. holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies, Sport Management, and Psychology from Rutgers University and completed an MB/A in the Founding Cohort at Learning @ Morning Brew in 2021.
