Lexi Paul

Lexi Paul serves as the Director of Human Resources at 1Path since October 2024, following a tenure at 1E from April 2019 to July 2024 as a Senior People Manager, where strategies were developed and implemented to align HR with corporate goals. Prior roles at 1E included People Manager, overseeing support for go-to-market teams and conflict resolution, and Human Resources Coordinator, managing payroll and onboarding processes. Lexi's early experience includes being a Human Resources Assistant at Moses & Singer LLP, where administrative support and personnel management were key responsibilities, as well as roles at Baron Capital Group, Inc. as a Sales Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. Lexi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University in May 2015.
