1point is a network of agencies and individuals who collectively offer a range of mental wellbeing services, including counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples.  Under our Silverwellbeing banner we specialise in bereavement counselling, couple and relationship therapy, and run a number of groupwork programmes, both online and face-to face (when permitted).  Silverwellbeing is supported by Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group which allows patients registered with a Bolton GP to access these services directly and at no cost.

1point members also work with Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust to provide counselling and couple counselling for anxiety and depression under the NHS's Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme.  

We are committed to making a positive social impact to our clients, their families, friends, colleagues and communities.
