Josh Barvin

Josh Barvin is currently the Director of Commercial Development at 1PointFive Sequestration, a subsidiary of Oxy, where they focus on the development of CO2 sequestration hubs and dedicated facilities. They previously served as a Business Development Manager at Occidental from 2019 to 2023 and have held various roles in finance and strategic planning at companies including Noble Energy, Societe Generale, and Goodrich Petroleum Corporation. Josh obtained a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Finance from Cornell University, after completing their high school education at Phillips Exeter Academy and The Kinkaid School. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a summer analyst at several prestigious firms, including Merrill Lynch and Ernst & Young.
